SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2016   from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

In honor of our indigenous history and to continue with our legacy and responsibility to our mother planet, this workshop will focus on the edible/cultural uses of the following flora: purple sage, white sage, hummingbird sage and saltbush.  This flora is heavy with seed right now and I will teach various harvest methods to ensure that no damage will be incurred by the plants.

This is a zero waste workshop. Bring your own chair/mat, water, snacks, and dress so the sun’s rays will not cause any harm to your body.
