A RARAMURI VOICE

The breath is everything. We can live days even weeks without food or water, but we can live only a few minutes without air.  This workshop will teach a self-healing process that draws from ancestral indigenous knowledge centered in the use of the breath. As a spirit runner I have utilized this breathing technique to sustain and endure immense distances. I have tapped into an inner strength that generates self-healing, but most of all this process creates well-being of mind, body, and spirit, in the every-day.

We will activate the Vagus nerve through the breath and tone, a technique that I have developed. You will learn to access your blood memory and utilize it to heal your angst, your stress, your depression. Ancestor stones and native California flora, gifts from Nature will become your healing allies.

This workshop includes a brain food meal.

Bring an open heart and a curious mind. Bring 5 smooth small stones the size of a ripe plum. Bring something to soak your feet in and wear loose comfortable attire that allows for easy mobility. Bring 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. Bring your own eating and drinking utensils.

This is a ZERO WASTE workshop.
